"Great location (street foods or shopping centers) as well as for public transportation. Confortable and quiet rooms. A lot of choice at breakfast, quality could be improved lightly if you light traditionnal north american breakfast. It was not a big problem but some staff need more training (eggs not cooked enough, towels or tissue missing after the room was cleaned etc.). I would go back again."

"Dr segi perkhidmatan,staf hotel agak kurang mesra dan kurang membantu.walaupun kita hanya pelancong tempatan tetapi layanan sepatutnya sama atau mungkin lebih mesra kerana kita gunakan bahasa yang sama.dr segi makanan sarapan pagi yg disediakan, sangat sederhana bak kata 'asal ada'.kebersihan bilik agak kurang memuaskan malah ada waktunya bilik tidak dibersihkan.persekitaran sederhana walaupun lokasi sangat strategik di kawasan bukit bintang.tetapi keadaan waktu malam amatla mengecewakan kerana...
