"I normally love this hotel been there so many times, but the guy that checked us in wasn’t very friendly and I didn’t like the way he made me put the whole room on my card when I was paying cash now I have to wait for the charges to come off 2 to 4 business days. They put us in a room by construction which smelt wet and we asked to move rooms and got put by construction again, everything else was great as normal just not happy with the cleanliness and being put next to that and moved back by it...

"The room was not very clean, nor was the lobby. The room smelled like cigarette smoke and the ironing board was broken. When we checked in there was no one at the front desk for over 5 minutes. The elevators and common areas were not very clean either. The breakfast was the best part, and seemed the cleanest, best kept area. Will not stay again."
