"Manager at restaurant ruined entire experience. We had to eat there a lot as we were there for a personal reason but the interactions we heard over the days were unacceptable. The issue with the voucher breakfast that nobody else can even purchase came up repeatedly with customers and then there were confusing different types of vouchers and customers were getting denied and charged excessively..Manager constantly made condescending comments to customers. Check your bill- another customer's...

"The staff at this hotel are amazing! Chris, Carla,the front desk staff, the breakfast and coffee bar staff were all top notch!
We spent 6 nights there & loved it! The location is right by the NY Waterway ferry into Manhattan, which was our favorite mode of transportation.
The only thing we’d change was we needed more closet space.
Other than that, the location was beautiful, as we walked the path along the river day & night & loved the view of the Manhattan skyline! We’ll be back!"
