"There was nothing wrong with hotel, overall. I just thought my room had a microwave, and that there was free breakfast. Also, there’s a small restaurant in the lobby that gives the impression of Starbucks but it’s not. They do sell their coffee though."

"The hotel rooms were beautiful and had ample space. The pillows were amazing. The only issue I had was having to request a breakfast coupon every day. That was inconvenient and the floor I was on did not have an ice machine. The breakfast expensive, but quite tasty."

"Hotel was nice. Staff checking in and out were very nice and helpful. Parking was in lot and even though vehicles were registered with hotel they still gave a $94.00 parking ticket (on top of $30.00 parking free). Had to go back into hotel where they said they'd get it canceled but still might receive a ticket in mail and to just ignore it."

"The place was stellar especially for a 3 star hotel. Nice accommodating service, paid valet parking was efficient. My mom didnt get thr walk in shower and shower chair that we requested but other than that, the rooms were very nice , spotless, the free continental breakfast was delicious and the dining tables were spacious and abundant. Would totally reserve this again"

"This is not a hotel - it is a motel/inn. Our room set up is odd. The door opens right to the beds and the bathroom is at the end of the room. This setup allows us to hear everything outside the door (we are on the ground floor so lots of foot traffic). The toilet needs to be flushed twice in order to flush completely. The bathroom is extremely small and worn. Really expensive for the quality of the inn but it was during convocation ceremony season. Great proximity to university campus. Will not...

"I was not pleased with the additional cost ($50.00) from this hotel above the price of Expedia. there is a small lot behind the hotel to park while checking in, no signage of how to get there so you have to park in a garage $10.00 then the hotel charged additional $29.00 to park overnight. later i found that the hospital one block away only charges $5.00 for the blue parking ramp. with the additional charges added, this was not a good deal."

The couch in the room was not very comfortable at all, and the shower door was interestingly placed you could only open it with the bath room door completely closed as it opened into the bathroom and it did not latch or seal.
