"Every one was very helpful at the front desk. The breakfast buffet was okay. Price wise a better deal than other restaurants. The hotel location is perfect as you can walk to a lot of attractions and restaurants My only issue is that housekeeping never came into our room to even empty the trash. Had to request fresh towels, as someone did enter the room and removed the dirty towels, but never provided us with more towels."

"Honestly I wish I could give this hotel a 0 stars this place is horrible and If you own a truck forget parking in the underground parking they do not warn you at all what vehicles can and can’t go in there got yelled at by the staff my room door would not lock so it was open for everyone to steal everything so we moved rooms just to find out the key card scanner doesn’t work and we couldn’t get in took us 1 hour each day of the trip to get into our hotel room not to mention none of the outlets...

"We liked the room but the toilet was too low and I fell when I went to sit down. There was no refrigerator in the room but we could order one at a cost. The restaurant, IHop was only open from 7am to 2pm...check-in was at four so no restaurant available until the next morning. It was a great location, walking distance to falls and to casino. The staff were great."

"The room was not properly cleaned, though the staff was helpful. The exhaust fan in the washroom not working. The fridge smelled awful. The wifi connection was very very poor.There was only one water dispenser in the hotel that was in the gym. The reason why I gave 3 star is because atleast the kids were able to enjoy the pool and the bowling alley attached to the facility(at extra cost). The breakfast was at additional cost but was good."
