"The hotel has no front desk, which would not be a problem normally. However, our digital keys stopped working during our stay and our room was missing toilet paper. We ended up having to walk twice to a partner hotel nearby to get a new key and toilet paper. On a another note however, the hotel is located nearby the city center."

"I'm coming from another country with bags then I discover that there is only stairs to take the bags and I have to take it by myself which is very hard for me.
I receive the room without cleaning and ful of insects. When I complain they didn't do anything only the security help me by changing the room"

"Our accommodation experience was wonderful. Both the nature and surroundings, as well as the concept of the facility itself, felt truly designed to help people relax and unwind. Thank you very much for everything.
Just a small note: if you are planning a late check-in, make sure to inform the reception in advance. Otherwise, organizing the entry process might become a bit difficult. After working hours, communication is handled through a WhatsApp chatbot. Since we informed them a little late...
