"Location is excellent, staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean but the bed was very uncomfortable, they need new beds, this is the second time I stay and I do not sleep well, I wake up tired the beds were bad."

"The site was well maintained and clean as was the room. There is a McDonalds very close by for morning coffee, and Seaward avenue restaurants and the beach are just a few minutes walk away. Great, inexpensive place to stay for a visit to Ventura."

"It’s definitely not what it appears on Expedia. The furniture was broken in my room, there was mold in the shower and what looked to be a good amount of crime in the parking lot. I didn’t get a refund. I checked out right away and paid for another hotel. It was that bad. The property refused to refund my money even though I just got there."
