"The facilities are very nice and the staff and management are very helpful. Having people who want to help you at the front desk is so important and they do a wonderful job. For example, when I left for the airport, they called me a red truck, I forgot a small piece of luggage, they called the red truck, and we returned to pick up the luggage before going to the airport. And they taped up a tear on the box of luggage I got there. "

"This hostel was a fun place with a small swimming pool and gym. In Chiang Mai, it was impossible to find the public transportations. The hostel manager was arranging the shared ride schedules for the guests who might be interested in to sign for the places they want to visit. The hostel bed was comfortable and the manager was kind and informative. "
