"I had an excellent stay. Staff was very communicative. I was meant to arrive during the day but had a train delay and wouldn't arrive until late at night. They were quick to communicate over email instructions for self check in, which was seamless. Room was excellent, very quiet, even when I popped back in during the day when the restaurant was open I didn't hear anything in my room. Location was great, just a short walk from town and the lake. "The hotel is in a great location, easy to walk to the lake but not right in the middle of the hustle and bustle. There is limited parking right at the hotel but there are a couple of other options, we only had a car for the one night and managed to get a spot right at the hotel. Room was a good size, only drawback was no elevator and we were up on the 3rd floor with large suitcases, lol, but hubby did carry them up !
