"Sent us to a dirty room. My 85 yr old mother then had to climb up 17 stairs because the first room on the 1st floor was dirty. One set of towels for two people. Beds were made sloppy. Motel was dirty. Front staff at night were friendly & apologetic but morning staff not so much. I expected a little more but was highly disappointed. I will be submitting a complaint and hope to be compensated accordingly. Would not recommend this motel to anyone."

"This Super 8 motel isn't fancy, but it is safe & super easy to get to if you just need a place to crash once your plane lands. Heck, you could walk there faster than getting an Uber or the free shuttle! "Very disappointing stay. The bedsheets and bathroom were unclean, the room smelled strongly of cigarettes, and the Wi-Fi was unavailable despite being requested. The TV and telephone did not work, there was no food service, and the parking area was dirty. Seeing a sign that the hotel was not responsible for lost items in the parking lot was also concerning. Overall, our stay felt more like survival than comfort. We hope these issues are addressed for future guests."
