"The floors were very dirty. The bathroom had smashed bugs on the wall. The toilet base was beyond disgusting. The bathtub coating was missing a big piece. The staff were helpful and friendly."

"Stay away from this hotel! Staff are rude, arrogant and disrespectful! I was called “Ahole” by front desk agent on Jun/6 2:35 am. I was driving from Cincinnati to Cleveland and I knew I will arrive late. I called hotel at 10:39 pm to notify them about late arrival around 2 AM. The front desk agent said no problem we will be waiting for you. I arrived at 2:35 AM finding out from the front desk staff that my reservation is gone!! I was frustrated so I asked what to do, I just drove 3.5 hours...

"This visit was a little disappointing. There was no soap in the room and the bathtub appeared that it hadn't been cleaned. I was told to park in front of the of the assigned room, but when I arrived there at 7 o'clock there was no space there."
