"Ease of check in and out. Loved the beds. Had to ask for tissues and hand soap. Staff very responsive. Late crowd came to breakfast at 9:00, when breakfast was closing. They brought more food and kept serving."

"I always say that for those who are traveling to Michigan’s UP that they should not expect luxury.
With that said, The Last Resort should be some folks first option when looking for a place to stay.
It represented the UP perfectly. The office combos as a bait and tackle shop, and a friendly dog was there to greet us at the door.
The room was perfectly simple. Clean floors, fresh paint, and a comfortable, quality king size bed.
