"The A/C did NOT blow cold. Ever!! Pathetic to advertise air conditioned! We were sent maintenance, however he did not improve the temperature AT ALL. Nothing else was done to improve our experience. We witnessed others spending hours to get into their locked rooms. Very remote assistance. Spotty impersonal computerized responses. Too late. The property was well located in a great neighborhood."

"The location was amazing. The hotel is located in the older, romantic part of the city. Walking old narrow streets lined with an unlimited variety of outdoor cafes, bakeries, and paella restaurants. The area had a quaint, unhurried vibe we loved going out in the evenings and soaking up the local culture. The locals were very helpful and friendly. "Well located in the center. The apartment access was easy and the assistant was quick to respond. However, there was a sewer smell coming from the bathroom, the washer/dryer did not dry at all and no instructions and the coffee machine was not working properly. There was no closet or drawers for your clothes and no space for personal care items. Overall not a bad stay, but I would probably stay at an actual hotel next time."
