"Everything was clean, staff were helpful. Would’ve been great to have it explicitly stated somewhere that you’d be in a tiny room where the kitchen, living space, etc are all common shared with at least two other rooms. Yes, it says “separate sitting area” but not “shared”. We were woken up by people coming into the main room, slamming the door, and loudly chatting, I guess they thought no one else was around. "It's value for money. Room is clean, location is at the heart of petaling street. Not noisy at night"

"The receptionist was helpful and polite. Just that there are 2 things that the hotel can try to improve. 1) The room was filled with damp smell so that we need to get a fragrance spray from the receptionist to remove the smell. 2) The carpark lots were insufficient. According to the website, it stated there are enough car park lots but when we reached there, the 4 carparks were occupied. Ended up we need to do double parking."
