"I put my heavy luggage there for a short trip to spore and upon returned to c/i, nothing missing. At some hotels i stayed previously, some petty items missing like mini honey , old clothes etc.... very rare for such incidents nvrtheless nothing missing. "Enjoyed the free boat ride to and return from the chalet as it is situated at truly the final end of the village from the jetty. The room condition was okay, good enough for a decent stay by four persons. WiFi was not existed so you have to rely on your own data but the signal was a bit weak. Overall, worth a stay."

"When I reached my room to find that it was not house-kept, I carried my luggage and walked down to the front-desk for help. In less than half an hour, the staff informed me that the room was ready. It was clean and comfortable. The air-conditioner was quiet. "

"The finishing of the interior is very rough. No amenities at all despite the name hotel may connotate. I don't think the drain pipes have p-traps so there's a slight smell when inside the shower, which is nothing but a 3 ft wide area of the room separated by a sliding glass divider. Not worth what you paid through Expedia. It's twice what's posted on their signs."

"This hotel is a little clean. Staffs in this hotel is kind but the room is a little small and a little dark and no window. In addition, bus stop and station is not near this hotel, so guests must go this hotel by taxi or car. And you pay 50RM per one stay as deposit. Deposit is returned by staffs when staffs finish checking your room. "
