"This is a lovely hotel, it has a huge communal area with chairs and sofas, it is all very clean and well looked after. The swimming pool was great. We had a lovely room which overlooked the swimming pool, the only problem we had was that shower in our room didn't have enough pressure during our stay. "

"This lovely hotel, in the tiny, unpretentious village of Drake Bay, was wonderful. I am an amateur wildlife photographer. The manager gave me Room 1, with an enormous window that looks out onto a guarumo tree. In this tree arrived, in turn, a toucan, a pair of aracaris, tanagers, tityrus, caracaras, golden-naped woodpeckers, multiple iguanas, hummingbirds - it was simply incredible. I took the best pictures I've ever taken. The pool and the bar are nice, and everyone is friendly. Just one...

"Our stay was beyond our expectations! The staff was kind and knowledgeable. The property was absolutely stunning. Our bungalow was perfect, clean and comfortable. We truly enjoyed being disconnected from the outside world and amercing ourselves in nature. The hiking trails, animals and beautiful ocean was truly a gift. Thank you to Joel, Olga and Henah! "We stayed for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. All of the lodge buildings are very sympathetically designed, and blend well with the surroundings. Everywhere is very clean and maintained to a high standard. We loved sitting on the bar stools and watching the monkeys and morpho butterflies. "What a fabulous location. An immersive rainforest experience, with a beautiful view from our balcony. You could hear a variety of birds singing. It was music to the ears and you really felt connected with nature. If you ever decide to come to Uvita, this is the place to stay. The natural materials used in the accommodation complemented the surroundings. Very pleasing to the eye all around."
