"Hotel staff are just just amazing. We come back everytime. May not have lifts but you get what you pay for. Amzing staff make the experience every time. Amnia and Steph are just the most amazing women. The rest of the staff are just as lovely. Highly recommend if your looking for that home from home feel. "Some construction at the time but not a big problem. Elevator was a bit moody. Breakfast was delicious but not always very hot. The staff were amazing and the location was great! A great deal. "

"Staff was very nice and helpful, they even give you a welcome card and complimentary drink. Location is just about close to everything you want to see. Love the Rock and Roll theme gives the place a bit of personality without being tacky. Only complaint about the room is the TV is a bit old. Also a heads up if you have large luggage or have any injuries or disabilities this hotel doesn't have an elevator so you'd have to walk potentially 4 levels up the stairs while carrying your stuff"

"I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed my stay at Hotel de Koopermoolen. The staff are very friendly. The area is right near the red light district, which is a busy and noisy part of downtown Amsterdam, but we had zero noise in our room. You have to leave your room key with the front staff whenever you leave, but it's not a problem because it is staffed 24/7. The breakfast was also decent.
