"Used it for a night before catching a ride on a ferry to Italy. There is a swimmable beach and several nice seafood restaurants nearby. The hotel is clean with good bedding and a decent breakfast."

"Hôtel placé à l’entrée de la ville, à moins de 10min à pied du site archéologique. Parking devant l’entrée de l’hôtel Hôtel équipé d’un ascenseur. Petit déjeuner qui vaut le coup. Par contre chambre au confort un peu monastique, le rideau de douche est trop court du coup toute l’eau coule dans la salle de bain. "

"Great location and wonderful view. We loved having breakfast on the terrace. The staff was friendly and helpful. Quaint and quiet with an old-world feel. We used this as a base to explore some of the ancient sites in the region. We didn’t mind parking by the harbor and walking up."

"5 stars! The Elea Mare is a fabulous value in an authentic Greek coastal village, run by a host (Greg) who personifies customer care. We can’t praise him enough for the warmth of his interactions with us! As an example, our young-adult daughter became mildly sick during our stay, and Greg provided tea and offered to check up on her when we left her in the hotel by herself for half a day. The hotel is a short walk from a small beach and town harbor and near several excellent dining options....

"Accueil très sympathique, chambre très confortable pour 4, fin Octobre nous étions seuls dans l'hôtel. Petit déj délicieux (confiture d'orange excellente), on s'est fait gâté, merci pour cet accueil par des hôtes aussi chaleureux. Région superbe, sans touriste en fin de saison c'est très authentique, ce coin du Péloponnèse est magnifique: mer, nature, paysages, restos, gens adorables partout."
