"My experience at this hotel was a far cry from what was advertised. Upon check-in, I was surprised to find additional charges, including nightly parking fees despite ample parking space available onsite, as well as a R250 per person damages deposit, which I declined to pay, leading them to take my driver's license as collateral. The floors, made of black polished concrete, were a constant source of frustration as stepping out of the shower inevitably resulted in blackened feet.

"We had a wonderful time. The staff is friendly and helpful. The trail's are well marked and the scenery beautiful! Comfortable beds and good room layout. Delicious food and wine were served for the duration of our stay. We will certainly go back!

"The whole experience was amazing, the tent was in excellent condition. I wished we stayed for longer. Definitely recommend anyone from the city to stay for 3-7 nights to rewind and enjoy the nature. "
