"We really enjoyed our stay! The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spacious. We especially loved being able to walk right out of our room onto the beach, such a treat. The boxed breakfast was also a nice touch. We appreciated the convenience of having it delivered to our room, and there was a good variety to choose from. While it’s not your typical hot breakfast, it was a great way to start our day. We’ll definitely stay here again!"

"What I liked or really appreciated was how the whole staff greeted my daughter, Annie and me. And even though your hotel is pet friendly, our dog, Kody was welcomed and played with daily. You do not see that at other "pet friendly" hotels. Thank you for a wonderful stay. "

"Staff and hotel were absolutely lovely! Would stay here again, for more days. The beach, beach chairs, gazebo and outdoor eating space and fire pit were just what we needed. The ducks were a nice touch too. The fine sand was perfect for walking and exploring. "

"The staff and location were great! We loved that it was right on the beach. The rooms could use a little touch up paint and updating. Our air conditioning worked but struggled at times. We had to turn it off for a little while because it was emitting a burning smell. Luckily the temps outside weren’t too hot the days we were there. "Friendly staff, fresh towels and cleaned room daily. Appreciated early breakfast. Accommodated our request to have conjoining rooms. Very clean. Great place to stay when exploring the Traverse City, Sleeping Bear Dunes NP, & Lake Michigan area! "

"This property is attached to the casino, which helps if you like to gamble. The hotel has a few food options available. There is no pool, which would have been a lovely option or a spa. Its location is great, close to Traverse City and downtown. "

"Kind and friendly staff. The pool was dug up and I wish that had been mentioned because my nine year old was disappointed but the front desk clerk gave him a cookie and was very kind. No working elevators so I was glad we didn’t have a ton of luggage but the next morning when our room keys weren’t working after we came up from breakfast my little boy and I had to make many trips down stairs to try and get the keys to work again.
