"Good property with excellent ocean views, great food and helpful staff members such as gary "

"It takes a certain type of person to enjoy this place. Small isolated property. No air conditioning or fans. Individual chalets open to the air. Units 1 and 2 share an outside bathroom. Food was good, prices were reasonable. I thought transfers to and from the hotel were a bit pricey. Staff spoke very little English but we were able to communicate. "

"Je vous ai deja envoyé un mail disant que la patronne de l’établissement etait en dessacord avec vous et me demander de repayer. J’ai dormi une seule nuit. La chambre ne correpond pas à votre photo. Pas de groupe si coupure. Coupure d’eau .. emplacement tres bruyant.. Je vous ai demandé le remboursement, mais j’attends toujours une réponse de votre part."

"horrible..deja l adresse ne correspond au site erreur d hotel.com.le lieu est trop loin de la ville.les prix des repas ne sont pas affiches ..prix tres chers et a la tete du clients.la patronne voulait nous faire payer les petits dejeuners et veut de l argent cache .refuse les cartes bancaires et les lits trop durs et vieux..bon point juste la piscine. "

"Getting to Zara is a slight trek, a taxi drops you to the nearby village and then it’s up to you to negotiate a 10 minute speed boat ride to the property on the mangroves. When we arrived Zara village had no guests except us, for the 4 days. Coordinating our excursions and travel was lovely Anatalie. She is a one-man-army, managing the resort and the staff, cooking the most delicious and well presented meals, sometimes surprising us with a special menu. She did the most amazing salads and...
