"Our best thoughts about this property is that we'll never set foot in it again. Avoid the swimming pool. It hasn't had a good cleaning in years. Absolutely do not go barefoot in your room. Your feet will be black from the floors that never get cleaned. When we checked in we were asked if we needed housekeeping as we were there for two days. "We came here the other day because my kids wanted to book a hotel with a pool. This was the main reason why we were staying in a hotel. When we got there, we were told the pool was closed but would open up at 6pm. We didn't refund/cancel because we thought we could use the pool at 6pm. "Clean place to stay. Friendly staff. I knew they no longer provide breakfast, but was surprised there was no fridge or microwave, so I'm glad I didn't bring anything I needed to refrigerate this time. There was no dresser either. Only a small corner table and a nightstand. Thankfully, we only stayed 1 night. But it was clean and felt safe and I'd stay again."

"I do not recommend this hotel. They silently overcharge customers on different process fees. If we did not check, we were overcharged. The staff was not helpful to customer’s special needs and manager was not reachable. The sheet and pillows cover are dirty. Make customers uncomfortable to stay in this hotel. However this hotel got geographic advantage. If you booked and did not stay. You cannot find anther hotel or lodge easily nearby. I recommend Nearby Comfort Inn. Not this one."

"The front office staff were helpful and courteous, but the facility is in disrepair and ill-repair. The elevator was not working, the central courtyard was likely beautiful in years gone by, but is now overgrown. The pool is drained.
