"The most disgusting hotel ive ever stayed in. First room they gave me had blood stains all over the bed sheets. After having to wait half an hour for the owner to turn up and confirm there was indeed blood stains on the bed they moved me to a different room. Guess what? This one didn't have blood stains, just regular bright orange ones all over the bed sheets. And whats more, there were clumps of long, womens hair all over the floor and clogging the sink. Add to all this the cobwebs EVERYWHERE....

"The hotel is old, not really clean there were dust and birds poo inside the pool. The compound aren't maintained well, the grass is too long and got some trashes, the other facilities are not well maintained as well and looks dirty and messy. The aircond in our room are not function, complained since day 1 but still no action from the hotel for our 3 nights over there. The bed is too old as well which there are termites. The toilet soap and shampoo wasn't refilled when we checked in. Bonus...

"Next to 7eleven, same road with lee garden but bit far and thats not a big problem coz me and my 5 years old son enjoy walking from lee garden to siam mansion. I love the environtment, hotel with hostel ambience. I like the eating hall, got microwave n hot water. You can enjoy food there while chatting. Yhe room is spacious, modern style, lift is new. Got washing machine too. I like it so much."

"This is only a small property (good) the management do all they can to help in any way. All the fittings, sheets, pillows and decor are top quality. The area is good, close to the harbour and night markets. There are no lifts, and the stairs are steep...thats just how it is."

"Second stay here , both times the beds are comfortable the staff are always helpful & friendly, I wish there were facilities for making tea coffee etc in the room , but there is hot water at reception so it’s not totally without the facility, walking distance to the central shopping mall & ocean shopping mal ( approx 15 minutes taxi will cost around 80baht if you can’t stick the heat "

"I made a reservation and showed up to the hostel and no one was there. There was a sign saying they'd return the next day. I called hotels.com, and they got a hold of someone. Staff showed up and checked me in. They turned on the aircon in my room later that night, and left for the night. The aircon wasn't working so I messaged on Facebook messenger and got a reply to turn it off and turn it back on, which I'd already done. I think it was the staff that messaging. "The hotel is very comfortable but only provide 1 blanket for 2 person. Each room got own parking space. Only 9 minutes driving to town. 6 minutes driving to asean night market. 4 minutes driving to central festival. Easy check in, don’t need deposit. They provide mineral water everyday. They don’t provide room cleaning service & we also don’t expect for that. However this hotel isn’t comfortable for those who are travelling with public transport, I don’t think tuktuk reach that hotel."
