"I put my heavy luggage there for a short trip to spore and upon returned to c/i, nothing missing. At some hotels i stayed previously, some petty items missing like mini honey , old clothes etc.... very rare for such incidents nvrtheless nothing missing. But i mentioned before, got ciggy smell w my previous check in, strict implementation should be there since the corridor no aircond and there is a healthcare wellness for women and children centre, the smell can seep into the room. "This is the scariest nightmare experience I have with Hotel.com booking. The room is dirty, the bed still have hair of the previous customer. The floor is sticky, the bed middle is collapsed.there is mold in the toilet and ceiling. As I check out early, there is no receptionist, I filled the form but my deposit is not refund. I contact them but unreachable and no reply. "

"Located inside the labyrinth that was originally a fishing village built out over the water, but now has many home stays catering to tourists. We arrived on a Thursday and were the only people there for that night and were told it was quieter with the lack of Singaporean tourist due to border closure.
