"I arrived very late (around 2:30am) after driving all day. I rang the bell and knocked on the door several times to get someone to let me in - unsuccessfully. Ended up sleeping in my car.
There was no communication or instructions on how to access the property.

"The lady who greeted me on arrival was super friendly and welcoming and made me feel like I had come to the right place (feel terrible for forgetting her name or I would have mentioned it), the rest of the staff were just as pleasant, the breakfast selection was good and all the facilities were perfect to come back to after a day up the slopes."
