"Ordentlich und sauber, das Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und zugänglich. Meine kleinen Beschwerden sind die durchgelegene Matratze auf dem großen Bett und eine kleine Empfehlung, wie in einigen anderen Hotels, ein Begrüßungsgetränk im Zimmer (Wasser) und ein kleiner tragbarer Wasserkocher mit der Möglichkeit, Kaffee und Tee zuzubereiten. Dann wäre die Bewertung von unserer Seite ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Aus den oben genannten Gründen vergeben wir ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, mit ein wenig Raum für Verbesserungen...

"Modern. Zentral gelegen. Jedoch keine Parkmöglichkeit, Bett unbequem (zu weich), äußerst hellhörig (Nachbarn sprechen am Gang und es scheint als würden sie neben dir stehen - Türen kleschen), Waschbecken im Bad läuft nicht ab. Schwamm zum Geschirr spülen nicht vorhanden. Küche andernfalls sehr gut ausgestattet. "

"Beautiful hotel with real character. Room came with a lovely view of the castle, very good air conditioning and a kettle/fridge which was great when you only wanted a snack instead of a full meal. All staff were very friendly and helpful. One very minor point though, our bed really needed a headboard as there was a gap between the bed and the wall on one side which made it impossible to read in bed. Overall though we were very happy with our stay."

"The property was so nice and had a decent breakfast that was included. The rooms were very clean and accommodated our luggage. Parking was free. "

"Very accommodating host with excellent communication who made us feel very welcome. Very well situated property close to the lake, restaurants and a supermarket. "

"The location of the flat is absolutely perfect nearby so many restaurants options , shopping , walking distance from the Villach HBF station. The apartment is in a very good condition, kind of new , kitchen appliances are available, no washing machine though and no AC and it can be very hot. I recommend adding a long mirror and doors stops as doors keep shutting off . One downside is there is a Mexican restaurant in the ground floor and it can be noisy."

"Very friendly and helpful staff accommodating us at short notice. The room was very clean with a lovely little balcony. Food was wonderful. Would higly recommend."

"Very near to the bus station, 1 minute walk to the restaurant (I forget the name), in which we took nice lunch and dinner with reasonable price. Room is quite clean, fairly cosy, room big enough to put 2 luggages, I would quite recommend it to you. "

"I rented a double private room, it was basically the size of the bed, you had to crawl over the bed to get to the one power plug in the room. I had to walk through the middle of the dorm room to go to the bathroom which I felt bad about as I was up very early to shower and leave. clean very basic. enjoyed having a kettle for tea in the kitchen."
