"We started with a room that had an ac unit was not working and the phone with no ring tone. I then went down to the front desk. They immediately changed our room and they were headed up to fix the room in question. Thanks for helping us enjoy our stay. Much appreciated."

"I have been away since the spring and returned to Atlanta recently for my birthday but to my surprise there is new staff that automatically brought me back to the previous issues I have had with the staff here first asked for a deposit I responded that I never payed a deposit before here for a non smoking room was just an insult then an more seasoned employee stepped in and assisted them but that employee wasn’t here this time and shouldn’t have to be present to get proper service this room has...

"The gotel.has potential but it is run down and unclean. The laundry machines in my room were new and shower and kitchen area were slightly updated yet unclean. The floor needed mopped as when I stepped out after I showered my feet were black after I walked on floor. I cleaned the floor too woth paper towels. Stove top was unclean from repeated use and messy cookers.There was damaged furniture from rooms randomly spread about the property."
