"We were a little disappointed in the building and some features. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a barbecue going on the afternoon when we arrived and it was rather chaotic. The coffee pot did not work in the room but was replaced when we went down to desk ( once to report and second to determine if a replacement was available/ coming). We had to ask for linen and did not get new bedding the 3days/4 nites we stayed ( maybe this is the norm now?). The breakfast was bland and did...

"Very nice and clean rooms located in a great part of downtown. It’s the perfect basecamp and easy to get in and out of (whether exploring the city on foot or trekking out to Denali, etc.). We will def. be staying here again in the future!"

"The place was fine, the staff was excellent. But the only reason I made the reservation was a belated Mother’s Day for my Mom and she wanted a pool and hot tub. So when it wasn’t working when we wanted to use it, we were very disappointed . I know these things can’t be helped usually but it would’ve been nice to have been offered a discount or refund d so we could’ve gone somewhere else.
