Downfalls-
Clerk not friendly very short, elevator floor was cracking and flooring peeling up,
Second floor carpet was coming up and can trip on it
Room was dirty made our feet black
Tub was stain brown at bottom
Didn’t have extra blanket or even an extra sheet when asked said they were completely booked and had nothing when that’s pretty hard to believe to not even have an extra sheet.

"We loved our stay for the most part. I would have given everything 5 stars but the pool closure (for cleaning) was not communicated and was then not opened when we were told would be. This led to a disappointed kiddo which is who the entire trip was for."

"I went to check in and the counter person and a customer were arguing and yelling at each other! I turned and left and didn't check in! I didn't feel safe there! Could not get a refund!"

"They were doing work on the parking lot while I was there so there weren’t any spaces available. I have stayed before and not typically an issue but I wasn’t able to charge my EV car because other cars were parked in those spots."

"Do not listen to the people slandering this hotel! The beds were clean with no bugs, the fridge was huge, and overall the room itself had everything you would need for a 1-2 night stay. People expect to pay 70 dollars for a room and live like kings, for 70 bucks this hotel is fantastic. The hot tub was nice even though the jets didn’t work, the pool was large, they had 3 vending machines with snacks that were so cheap I almost went and bought everything in them like seriously it felt like...

"There was no fridge in our room and it was listed on my reservation staff was not helpful with making it right. I will not return here ever again. It was terrible. And there was construction inhibiting our entry to the parking lot"
