"The first floor was under construction so it was noisy. WI-FI in the room was not available. No closet in the room and no hangers for cloths.Moreover, they charged twice in the Resturant and I called them 3 times and explained to them the situation but they did nothing. Every time they promised to call me back but they did not."

"I recently booked for a night at Fancy Resort Beach Hotel jinja. I drove to the hotel and I was told that the hotel was closed due to renovations and management change. I was not refunded. I drove away to look for another place to stay. They took my money and no services. Why are they still advertising on Expedia.com with a closed hotel and still taking people's money. They are taking free money. That's not right.. im very upset... i suffered a loss....fancy resort Beach hotel jinja are...

"The price was so reasonable and the services were great. They keep the room clean and there is a mosquito net. The location is also perfect. I easily went to shops, Source of The Nile and the taxi station. The security guards keep the hotel safe."
