"Staff were great and room was very clean and looked after. Unfortunately for us the free WiFi was unusable/did not work, and so we relied a lot on our expensive mobile data. Also, the lack of air conditioning in the room for this time of year really made it difficult to sleep in, and the beds were very firm, too. Not entirely the hotel's fault; the weather was I think unusually hot, but we unfortunately decided to check out a little early and pay for a hotel with air conditioning for our final...

"Great property and the check-in staff were very helpful and prompt. There is no AC and summer nights are quite hot! It would be great if there was a fan in the bedroom. The bed was very very very soft (in a not good way), but other than that, the apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. Lovely view of the water from the balcony, and lots of space. There is also a garden at the waterfront that can be used by the apartment guests and it is lovely for swimming and relaxing."

"This is my 2nd time staying here. The first time was 2019. Overall, it is easy check in instructions, took bus from Hallstatt city with bus number 543 is easy. The balcony with lake view is perfect. Just that the room doesn't have washroom inside but there are shower room. Kind of weird but it's ok. The room is clean and the view is excellent. The reception man & women is friendly as she help me to take some photos coz I travel alone. The environment is good, can have a chill walk in the evening and it is not too noisy compared to Hallstatt city which I like this place. Just one disappointment that the hotel unable to issue me the tourist public transportation pass. He said he can only do it if I stay 3 nights, which I feel a bit unfair. Thus, I need to take bus which cost €2.80 each way to go Hallstatt city."
