"We arrived in Athens at 5am off the night boat from Paros having had 30 mins sleep. The hotel let us leave our things with them and said they would see if we could check in earlier than 3pm. We fully expected a call at 1 or 2pm but at 10am we were told we were able to check in. Having a few hours sleep made a real difference to us and we had a wonderful time in Athens as a result. Thanks so much for your flexibility and generosity."
