"The hotel rooms were a good size, very clean, well serviced, but quality of the sheets was not good, as on the five nights that we did stay overall on our holiday, we found holes in the bottom sheet on two occasions. The staff were very friendly and helpful and it was no problem for them to address any concerns, they acted immediately to remedy situations. "The staff were very friendly and helpful. On the first night, we didn’t have a hot shower, which was a bit disappointing, but the water was lukewarm the next day. The area gets quite noisy on Saturday nights, sometimes until late at night. It might not be ideal for a long stay, but it’s a great place for a short stay. "

"Great stay when booking on line for cheaper price. Very clean, decent rooms for price nice and cool even with out AC, good breakfast considering price with great roof top view of mountain. Only issue is hot water some times did work and wifi was super spotty working only 10% of time if you can connect. "

"Vi ankommer til hotellet kl 19, her er meget ulækkert. Poolen så beskidt Og der flyder med døde dyr i den, så vandoverfladen næsten er dækket. Værelset er som sådan ok til prisen, hvis bare de havde gjort rent, skiftet sengetøj fra sidste besøgende, husket toiletpapir og sat et gardin op for det store vindue på badeværelset hvor alle kan kigge ind fra poolområdet. Personalet var egentlig søde nok og fik da hentet toiletpapir, om aftenen fik vi en drink med personalet på hotellet, som egentlig...

"We had a perfect stay, all of the staff were friendly and helpful. They provided breakfast boxes for us to take in the morning because we had to leave earlier than breakfast was going to be served. Great service and clean, big room!"

"I asked them to arrange airport transport for me the first 3 times nothing was done the 4th they said it’s reserved 4 hours later I get a knock on my door if I want to reserve transport it’s more money etc… I wake up at 3 am for transport next day theres no transport arranged mass panic breaks out. It’s not the end of the world I just don’t get how it’s difficult to arrange transport"

"The views of Mt Meru and the surrounding bush country were magnificent. The grounds include banana, papaya, mango, pineapple and avocado plants/trees, all of which enhance the experience. The staff were extremely attentive and polite. All speak English. We loved the food so much my wife wanted to bring the chef home (joking of course, but high praise). The lodge staff were trained as part of a program to provide a good livelihood to local residents who otherwise would have limited...

"Property was exactly as pictured. Even better! The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They were very accommodating. The owner was super sweet and made sure we were good. I utilized the rooftop bar, the pool and the laundry service. The property and rooms were very clean and comfortable! The food and drinks were good and the chef was nice! And our driver, Mike, was great! I would definitely recommend staying here and will be staying here again! "
