"I checked in well after the standard check-in time and found my room still very dirty, almost like it was recently used. There was visible dirt on the towels and the shower floor was wet. I found dead bugs throughout the room & when I moved the couch, I found fast food sauce packets & other trash behind the couch. The flooring throughout the entire building was buckling and missing in sections. Just a bad vibe in general with the whole place."

"Got there at almost midnight to rest on a long trip, checked in 6-17-2026. First room we were put in the beds were made but it was obvious the sheets were dirty and when I pulled the sheets back I even found someones dirty underwear. "I did not like that when I first sat on the toilet it was very low and there weren't any bars to help me to ease the strain on my knees. Second issue for me was the breakfast, the choices weren't what I had in mind. But since I needed something to take with medication I chose Froot Loops cereals without the milk and upon the first bite I found they were on the stale side and ended up throwing the rest in the trash. I did appreciate that at least it was neat and clean for the most part."

"The room smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was a non smoking room. The carpet was sticky and disgusting. We had to clean the bathroom areas before we could use them. We arrived late and was too exhausted after a twelve hour drive to get there to fuss about getting another room. Would never stay there again. The staff was friendly enough. The breakfast was inedible other than the toast and bagels."
