Not the newest hotel but was clean and staff were amazing

No longer stay at older property

Our recent leisure family trip to Ho Chi Minh City was made absolutely unforgettable, all thanks to the incredible team at the Silverland Saiko Hotel. Traveling with my wife and daughter to celebrate a very special day, we were blown away by the superb hospitality from every single staff member we encountered. From the moment we first stepped into the hotel until the very last day of our stay, we were ushered in with the warmest receptions. The doormen, concierge, front desk, and hotel hosts constantly went above and beyond, making the time and effort to ensure our stay was deeply memorable. A massive, heartfelt thank you to the team for the special birthday gesture shown to my spouse. The surprise singing and performance—led by the wonderful Charlie Khang, Duy Anh, and Như—was a beautiful highlight that we will cherish forever! I also want to give a special mention to Trang and Sophie for being such phenomenal, attentive hostesses throughout our stay. And a huge shoutout to Tri and all the late-night bell hops who greeted us with genuine warmth and enthusiasm every single night when we returned late. Thank you so much to the entire team.

A Magical Stay — Pure Elegance and Exceptional Heart From the moment we arrived, the Hôtel des Arts Saigon MGallery made us feel truly special. We were celebrating our 27th wedding anniversary and the team surprised us with a beautiful plate of sweets, a m card, flowers, and rose petals on the bed. These are the details that transform a hotel stay into a memory for life. The service was extraordinary at every level — the doorman who welcomed us, the staff member who checked us into our room, and the concierge team were all warm, attentive, and genuinely gracious. The kind of people you want to take home with you. We used the spa, the café, Saigon Kitchen, and The Albion restaurant on the 23rd floor — all exceptional. The Albion alone is worth a special visit, with stunning skyline views and outstanding cuisine. This hotel has two great strengths: the building itself — the Art Déco Indochine design, the elegance, the details — and its people. Both are world class. If I return to Ho Chi Minh City — and I will — there is no question where I will stay.
