Sahara Desert Ski Holidays

We ended up staying here unexpectedly for several nights after the A/C went out at our house during the Las Vegas heat, and overall it turned into a really good stay. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful, which made the whole situation a lot easier to deal with. We stayed in a one-bedroom villa and were very happy with it. It was comfortable, had plenty of space, and felt more like a small apartment than a standard hotel room. The amenities were also very nice and gave us a chance to actually enjoy ourselves despite the reason we were there in the first place. What started out as an inconvenient situation ended up being a much more enjoyable stay than we expected. I would definitely consider staying here again, especially for a longer stay where having the extra space and amenities makes a difference.

Large rooms and nice amenities

An employee named Damien made me very happy and gave me exceptional care. He greeted me right away on the lobby floor and checked me in with his pad. There were a few issues with my check in because my room was not ready at check in time. He addressed all of my concerns and made sure everything was well and worked out for me. With this being my first visit to the Bellagio, I am very happy that Damien greeted me and did all he was able to ensure that I was well taken care of and happy. He needs the MVP award for this month! Thank you Damien!!
