Pretty busy hotel - long queue during check-in. But was attended to within 20 mins. Great location - walking distance to the huge shopping mall. TTDI eateries are just one subway stop away. I would do it all over again.

Great and convenient place to stay. All was great. Tip: Have Whatsapp ready as details and photos for using the aprtment were sent through Whatsapp. Also 200MYR room deposit cash was the easiest for International travellers like us. It was returned on checkout.

It is lovely spacious room, good for family washer dryer is very useful Cutlery could be renewed We have to ask for kettle No microwave nor toaster Difficult to have toast in the morning or other food to be heated We have 8 visitors but we were given only 2 bath towel so we have to ask again and again Conditions of rooms were a bit dated If they can do facelift it could fetch much more in fees because the room has stunning view of towers Sky deck is the best With the price we paid we are happy Pros - location Sky deck and view Spacious room Cons-felt dated Some utensil mentioned as above

Great stay, walking distance to shopping. Big room and comfortable bed. Toilet is clean. Will stay again if I future.

Service was impeccable. Everyone was so friendly. Great location and many shops nearby.

The room is very spacious and fashionably decorated. The view is also unbeatable from its height. Since the hotel is quite new, the shopping mall next to the hotel is still under construction. Their lounge is located on the 75th floor where you can enjoy a drink with unobstructed view.

Great central location. Friendly and professional staff. Nice rooms and the shower pressure was amazing. Really nice gym, with a lot of equipment and a relaxing pool area. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and the meals I had at the JP Teres restaurant were excellent. I would for sure stay here again, and I highly recommend.
