"Arrived on arrival day at 7pm. the guy at front desk looked at me as if he has seen a gost!!! he was nervous and unexperienced. Told me we did not have a reservationa. "False advertisement. Rooms do not have AC. We were given a fan and told to open the balcony door for fresh air.
