"Very poor experience.
We made our reservation two months in advance and it was already paid, but upon arrival, it was not in the hotel’s system. After waiting over 20 minutes while they tried to locate it, they finally gave us a room key — but it turned out to be an occupied room.
When we returned to the front desk, they offered us another room, but it was much smaller than the one we had booked, and they said it was the only one available.
