Spacious, modern 2 bed and 2 bath, good value for the size! Close to dining options and public transportation to sights downtown. Apartment however was dusty and floors quite dirty, management was quick to bring in cleaners when feedback was provided!

We had a problem with noise coming from the next apt at 3am, night manager sorted it straight away and we were upgraded the next night, prompt action taken and we were compensated with upgrade - wat more could you ask for!! Well done quest!!

The room was clean and big. Breakfast was delightful. Staff were very helpful and attentive. I was very happy with the free room upgrade and the free coffee instead of the bubbly as I don’t drink alcohol. It’s convenient to lots of restaurants and the trams were just outside the hotel main entrance. The Parliament train station is also so close to the hotel. Overall, it was a great experience to celebrate hubbys birthday!
