"High tea was disappointing. Food was not wonderful We asked for water never got it. It was a good stay but for the money I expected superior everything and that didn’t happen. Too much hype for a good not great return."

"For a 4 star hotel this was appalling. During our 3 night stay we didn’t see one member of hotel staff. No reception (self checkin & out) room was dirty I had to clean the toilet when we arrived and the cups but there was no one to tell. Rang reception several times no one picks up.
