They should offer airport shuttle since the location of the hotel is way to far to the stores.

Lovely hotel, guest services were wonderful, staff spoke English making it easier for this non Korean speaking American to understand. The room was spotless and spacious. Beds were not tempurpedic, but they were comfortable. Nice hot water and good water pressure. Large bottles of water are provided daily.

Super safe, excellent security, very clean bright, tastefully furnished and decorated. Convenient, every thing provided including washer, dryer, fully equipped kitchen, snack bar on site including grocery store. Everyone in the office was kind and patient when we had some complications which had nothing to do with our stay. Before our cruise, this was the best place to stay at.

Clean, staff were great. Only problem was the room was very cold and the thermostat was a placebo, we froze all night.

The suite room was one of the most amazing and beautiful rooms we've ever stayed in our travels.The staff was very courteous and kind. The view from our room was amazing too
