Clean Great staffs Convenient for great food

This hotel is in a good location. You can walk from here to the palaces, walk to many restaurants and walk to the Seoul tower. Check in good, friendly staff. Building is nice. There is a shop in the hotel which sells all your essentials. We used this shop on a number of occasions in the evenings to buy noodles and snacks etc. There is an atm, and currency converter. The rooms are large, with seating area, kitchen space and washer and dryer which with children is a real luxury to be able to wash clothes. The breakfast is nice. There could be a little more variety especially more vegetarian savoury options but overall no complaints re breakfast and very attentive staff in the breakfast area and lots of space. My only negative was the rooms could have been cleaner. The beds and bathrooms were relatively clean but the skirting board etc and not being cleaned and dirt is building up, there were some coffee stains on the side of the breakfast bar. When you first enter and see these things it can be off putting and initially makes the room look unclean
