Yes very happy with our hotel, the staff, the breakfasts. Loved the position overlooking the park. When we had an issue with anything in our room it was addressed immediately. Our maid was lovely and the room always spotless. Thank you

Excellent front desk service! Good location! Shuttle to BTS but it’s not far by foot. Rooms are nice and clean!

The hotel is a bit of a walk from Chidlom BTS, however they provide free tuk-tuk shuttle service to and from Mercury Ville! I enjoyed the free daily iced drinks and snacks at hotel lobby and the free credits which can be used to exchange for titbits/drinks/cup noodles from the vending machine! IF only the room could be renovated, they were quite tired looking imo.

The location is great, near Chinatown, a temple, the train, and several 711s. The staff was nice. The breakfast was very good and varied. I did not try the pool or gym, but they seemed decent. Quality of service at the spa is inconsistent. Cannot recommend the room service - I ordered green curry. It was just chicken that had been dipped in curry, while good - no rice or sauce. Very little by way of toiletries. The trips offered at concierge or not necessarily a better deal than those you’d find online. We couldn’t control the AC, other than to turn it on and off.

Room was clean, spacious and well maintained. The staff were all wonderful throughout the stay.

The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. My only concern was the rooftop bars — none of the bartenders were able to describe the wine notes or clarify whether the wines were sweet or dry. Given that the price per glass was higher than many New York City bars, I would expect the staff to be knowledgeable or at least make an effort to explain the options. Overall, it was a good stay, but that aspect was disappointing.
