The hotel itself is excellent but the location is not the greatest. A little far to the nearest subway station, 7-Eleven or restaurants. But to be fair, the ‘a little far’ I referred to technically is not too far (less than 10 min walk to subway, 5 min to 7-Eleven and not too many restaurants nearby), just not as close as some other hotels we stayed in in Japan. But again, I do love the quality and space of the room in this hotel.

Excellent hotel, room was spacious for our family of 4. It's a 9 minute walk to the nearest subway, 2 grocery stores 5 minutes away and a 7-11 at the corner. On the first day the washer-dryer malfunctioned, the front desk clerk was excellent and came up to do maintenance on it (a pipe was clogged) and after that it worked great. The place is spic and span.

Staff were very kind and helpful. Laundry facility in the room was a bonus.

Super friendly staff who makes check-in easy and are engaging to offer suggestions for your stay. The facilities are a little dated looking, but are clean and very spacious. There is a coin operated laundry room where you just drop coins in, detergent is already set. On the lobby wall are suggested places to get good food and pictures of each staff member so you know who you spoke with. I would recommend this hotel to families who needs more space than the typical Japan hotel would offer. Location was great as well!

Excellent hotel. Clean with decent sized room and incredible views. Hotel is on the 19th floor upwards. Restaurant at the top of the hotel is also excellent with amazing views. Highly recommended
