"Highly recommend the Omakase. By far the best restaurant there. Also was pressured leading up to the stay to pre book the spa for a "discount" before arriving. When I showed up they gave me a letter from Expedia for 20% off which was a better saving but it was too late. Their shuttle service is more than double the price of a private one or Uber so do your research. Rooftop pool is nice an quiet. Overall nice stay"

"The hotel was in a great location. Views were outstanding. The room was perfect for our stay. Jorge was so pleasant at the front concierge desk and incredibly helpful. The food at the restaurant was okay (not sure why they serve Tilapia in their fish fingers when the Ocean is right in front of them). BTW. An amazing place for seafood is just up the street at 7 Seas. Do that !!! The front desk lady was unfriendly, gave us the map to our room without explaining how to get there and when...

"Rooms were a bit dated. Hallways were dirty. Elevators were non working in areas and dirty as well. Dress code restrictions and no reservation option made eating a challenge for a beach resort. Definitely over priced. Slow room service. Pools were nice but no staff taking orders around pool as would be expected at an all inclusive resort. Would not go there again."
