"We felt welcomed as soon as we arrived when we were given a glass of water whilst the staff got us checked us in and took our cases to our room and they also gave us a tour of all the amenities. "Great little hotel away from the crowds of central Venice. Very friendly welcome on arrival. We had a two bedroom suite overlooking the lagoon and the view was amazing over towards St Mark’s.
