Accidentally broke a shampoo bottle, charged me 500000 rupiah for it, I could see around 100000 or 150000 but this was shocking, and unfair

Vasa Hotel is very clean and has a sophisticated, upscale atmosphere. The decorations were always on point and added to the overall elegant feel of the hotel.
As for the food, I only tried the breakfast buffet, but everything I had was delicious with a good variety of options. I didn’t use the spa or the gym, though I did see the gym facilities and they looked very well equipped.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The only small challenge was a bit of a language barrier at times, as some staff members had limited English.
Overall, I had a great stay and really don’t have any complaints.

The check-in and check-out process was fast and efficient. The staff were friendly, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the hotel is conveniently located near Galaxy Mall.
