We had an excellent stay here.
The staff was extremely helpful and very gracious. The room amenities were more than I expected. I loved that they have an easy bag check. We saw there was a 7-11 downstairs and went down late at night for food and bought Ramen bowls to make in the room since there was a kettle. Let me tell you, the 7-11 in Japan is incredible for many food choices The gardens are beautiful but bring bug spray! The staff recommended a close restaurant for Ramen and it was excellent. It's called Noodle Dining Takanawa. Not fancy in any way but very good.
