"Hotel added a hidden fee of 7.5 euro at the time of checkout calling it a "registration fee". This was nowhere mentioned at the time of booking the hotel. They could not even explain what this is about as I did not register for any other additional service. Very bad experience and leaves a bad mark ..."

"Booked the hotel due to spa however was not open due to cleaning. Shower head is not functioning how it supposed to and distributes water everywhere else but where it supposed to. Lose screws on the rail for the shower head as well as the glass cover for the bath tub. Sink smells. Pillow is hard ..."
